The location was prime. Staff seemed nice at check-in. I discover a major problem later. The bar mixed great cocktails. The bed, fluffy pillows, ensure a good sleep. The bath amenities needed improvement. I don't need a bag for the floor mat. I want better cosmetics. The windows and carpets look aged, it lowers my expectations. I believe its more like a four-star hotel.

the reception staff offered early check in. a complimentary drink voucher was also provided upon arrival. the room had a hairdryer, iron, and an ironing board. room housekeeping proved excellent during my nights count stay.
the room was on the second floor. i heard noise from the street outside, like cars. the bar also created noise, and it persisted until 4am. breakfast service felt disorganized, and i wasnt offered tea or coffee.

Really good Stay in Prime Location

I got an upgrade because it was a special occasion, and I got a suite. It was beautiful beyond what I expected. I requested an early check-in for scheduled meetings, and the hotel accommodated me. The manager displayed excellence because she understands client service is critical. The staff gave really good service from every department.
